Shipping & Delivery Policy



We ship any of our products Australia wide for a very affordable, flat rate of only AUD$10 per order. This means you can order as much as you want and always be assured you will never pay more than AUD$10 to have your order shipped anywhere within Australia. It often costs us more than AUD$10 to ship our products, but we are happy to absorb the difference in cost because we love our customers and want your hard earned dollars to be spent on beautiful quality products and not on shipping and postage. Even better, we offer FREE shipping Australia wide on all orders over AUD$300.

For international orders, please contact us for a shipping quote and we will be in touch within 24 hours.

Unfortunately, due to their size and weight, our Original Artworks are not included in this offer as the packaging, insurance and shipping requirements vary for each painting. Please contact us for a personalised quote to ship an Original Artwork to your location.



The majority of our products are kept in stock at all times and will be packaged and shipped within 24 hours from the time we receive your order. You will receive notification by email once your order has been received by our system and again once your order has been despatched.



Some products such as Giclée Prints, Phone Cases and Hard Cover Journals are printed on demand only once your order has been placed. Where production of print-on-demand products is required, please allow between 3 and 7 days for your order to be produced before you receive a despatch notification. The finished product will then be shipped to you either by us, or directly from our suppliers.



Please allow between 8 and 14 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the day after your order is placed in our system for it to be delivered to your chosen address. Should we be made aware of any delays to the delivery of your order, we will make contact with you to update you on its status. If your order has not arrived after 14 business days, please reach out to us via Live Chat or the contact form on our website ( and let us know.



Wherever possible, we will provide a tracking number for your order once it has been despatched. Here’s what to do anytime you want an update on the delivery status of your order:

  1. Find the despatch notification email we sent you and locate the carrier name and tracking number.
  2. Go to the website of the carrier associated with your order and enter your tracking number for an update.



Where possible, we will not make products available on our website that are out of stock. However, as we can never determine how many orders will be received and despatched on any given day, should an item happen to be out of stock at the time your order is submitted, we will make contact with you to let you know. We will also provide you with as accurate an estimate as possible of our restocking and delivery time frame for the product you have ordered. If the out of stock product is part of a larger order, we will give you the option of placing the rest of your order on hold to despatch as a single parcel once we have restocked any sold out items. Should you prefer not to have the remainder of your order placed on hold, additional shipping charges will apply to the restocked item when we despatch it.



Deliveries to international locations outside of Australia may incur additional Duties, Customs charges and / or GST on top of the advertised price when your order arrives in the destination country. Payment of any Duties, Customs charges or GST are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend you enquire with your country’s Custom’s Department regarding the potential cost of Duties, Customs charges or GST applicable to the value of your order, prior to making your purchase.



We are based on the beautiful Central Coast of New South Wales, Australia. If you live in our local area or are passing through, you are most welcome to pick up your order and no delivery charges will apply. We do not have a ‘Pick-up Order’ option available on our website however. If you would like to arrange pick-up of your order, it is by appointment only.
