Refund & Returns Policy

 

TIME FRAME

We will happily process returns, refunds and replacement products and orders, provided you contact us directly within 7 days of having received your order. Please provide your order number, purchase receipt and photographic evidence of your purchase showing the issue to be addressed. The following terms and conditions also apply.

 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Every product shipped by us is quality control checked for damage or defects prior to being packaged. If a product from your order arrives at its destination damaged or defective, please send us photos of the damage or defect in question, along with a written request detailing your desired outcome.


If the product is damaged or defective by fault of the manufacturer or by us, the choice of a full refund or store credit for the original amount you paid for the item will be issued at the current exchange rate in Australian dollars (AUD). Alternatively, a like-for-like replacement product will also be offered. Any shipping costs associated with your original order are non-refundable.


If a product is damaged in transit by fault of the carrier, the choice of a full refund or store credit for the original amount you paid for the item will be issued as soon as we obtain confirmation of reimbursement for negligence from the carrier.
All damaged or defective products approved for refund, store credit or replacement must first be returned to us prior to your refund, store credit or replacement being issued.


Once received, if we deem the product you returned to not be damaged or defective and therefore still in resalable condition, a refund or store credit less a 10% restocking fee of the original price you paid for the product will be issued. Replacement products will not be issued where returned products are deemed to be in resalable condition.

 

UNWANTED PRODUCTS

If you receive your order and decide you no longer want it, we will happily issue you with a refund or store credit less a 10% restocking fee of the original price you paid for the product, provided you return all products unused and unopened in their original, resalable condition and packaging. If unwanted products are not returned in their original, resalable condition as described, no refund or store credit will be issued.

Any shipping costs associated with your original order are non-refundable.

 

SALE ITEMS

Refunds and store credit will not be issued and returns will not be accepted for any ‘on sale’ products where our prices have been reduced for a special ‘sale’ event or for clearance.

 

ITEMS LOST IN TRANSIT

In the unlikely event your order goes missing in transit and does not arrive at your address; any refunds, store credit or replacement products will only be issued once we have verified with the carrier, by way of the tracking number associated with the parcel, that your delivery did not arrive at its destination.

 

SHIPPING COSTS & RETURNS

Any shipping costs associated with the return of your purchase to us, regardless of the reason for return are considered your responsibility and will not be paid for or reimbursed by us. If returning a product, we recommend you use a reliable and trusted carrier who will issue you with a tracking number. Unfortunately, we are not able to take responsibility for any returned items that go astray in transit. If we do not receive your returned product, we will not be able to process your refund, store credit or send you a replacement.
